What are the office timings?
Our office timings are 8am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. We strive to accommodate our client’s schedules and are available during regular business hours for appointments and inquiries. You can also check our google hours for current office hours
How long does the process take?
In the case of ink & roll fingerprinting, the process can be completed promptly once we have all the required documents. We aim for efficiency and strive to minimize any unnecessary delays. The fingerprinting process will generally take 10-15 minutes per applicant.
Do you keep fingerprints in your file?
No, Globeia does not store fingerprints in records. We prioritize the privacy and security of our clients’ personal information. Once the required services are completed, any sensitive data, including fingerprints, are securely disposed of, in accordance with our strict confidentiality policies.
I have the fingerprinting form already. Can Globeia Help Me with ink and paper fingerprinting with the same form?
We can surely offer Globeia Ink fingerprinting in Greater Toronto Area with the form that you have.
I need a background check from outside Canada. Can you handle the entire application process for me?
We can only help with ink fingerprinting for getting a police record check from outside Canada. For the application, you must find out if fingerprints are required. Our agency can certainly provide the necessary fingerprinting service if necessary.
Where can I get ink fingerprints done?
You might consider seeking assistance from a fingerprinting agency such as Globeia to guide you through the steps of ink & roll fingerprinting. This can increase the likelihood of your fingerprints being accepted. Alternatively, you can approach someone with official authorization who can also ensure a smooth fingerprinting process. I had fingerprints done at Globeia previously, will Globeia provide me a new card using the old fingerprints?
We do not store fingerprints in our records so for a new card we will need to take the fingerprints again. We will not be able to issue a new fingerprint card based on the ink and paper fingerprinting done previously.
